Not Sure What Your Concrete Needs?
Here Are Your 3 Options
From protecting concrete that is still in good shape to permanently capping concrete that is too far gone — here are your three paths,
lowest cost to highest. Not sure which fits? Tell us about your concrete and we will point you to the right one.
THE BASIC PROTECT
Clean & Seal
Lowest cost · protect what you have
- Deep clean, then seal your existing concrete
- Helps keep water, salt, and mag chloride out
- Slows staining, erosion, and freeze-thaw damage
- Best when your concrete is still in good shape
- Protects the look you have — does not change the color
THE AFFORDABLE REFRESH
Revival Color Restoration
Middle cost · restore the look
- Opaque coating over your existing slab
- One consistent color that evens out discoloration
- Installed in 1–2 days, no tear-out
- A fraction of the cost of replacement or overlay
- Easy to refresh or restyle down the road
THE PERMANENT FIX
Vuba Stone Overlay
Highest cost · one and done
- Half-inch real stone-and-resin cap
- Flexes and drains instead of cracking
- Installed in 1–2 days, no tear-out
- A permanent, one-and-done surface
- Built to last for good, not just to refresh

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does concrete sealing last?
Most exterior concrete needs resealed every 4-5 years in Colorado conditions. Stamped or decorative concrete may need maintenance sooner depending on sun exposure and wear.
How soon can I use the concrete?
In normal conditions, you can return to service the next day.
What if my concrete is already damaged?
We will tell you honestly. If sealing does not make sense, we can talk through resurfacing options.
Do you seal patios, sidewalks, stamped concrete, and porches?
Yes. Add those surfaces when you request your quote and we can include them in the range.
Can resealing refresh stamped concrete color?
Often, yes. When the old sealer wears down, stamped and colored concrete can look faded. Cleaning and resealing can help bring back color depth and protect the finish.
Is your work guaranteed?
Sealing is maintenance protection, not a lifetime-warranty product — it wears and gets refreshed every few years. But our work is guaranteed: if you are not happy with how your concrete looks when we finish, we come back and make it right.

Do Not Wait Until the Surface Starts Fading, Staining, or Flaking.
Every season you wait, more salt, chemicals, oil, UV, and moisture wears down exterior concrete.
