Preparation & Grinding
When we prepare your floor, we often shot blast or use diamond grinding. Sometimes these services are completed together. We help to minimize dust in the area by hooking up each grinder to a vacuum system.
Concrete Restoration
Simply adding a coating over a damaged floor, will simply leave a damaged final product. We use fillers and menders in order to fix cracks and pits in the floor before we begin the coating process.
Base Coat & Chip
During this stage, we mix and apply our self-priming, pure Polyurea base coat to your floor. Immediately after this application, we broadcast the chip by hand, which helps to add texture and color to the flooring.
Setup Time
Setup times tend to be within an hour after the base coat application.
Scraping Floor
After the basecoat has been allowed to cure fully, the floor will be scraped and vacuumed. This ensures that any vertical standing or loose flakes are removed.
Polyaspartic Clear Coat Top Coat
The final step of the process is to apply the Polyaspartic clear coat, which will ensure that the floor is UV stable and resistant to damage.
