Rest assured if something goes wrong with your floor or you are not happy with it for some reason we will take care of the issue immediately following the install. The warranty comes into play if the product itself fails. Typically if the product is failing, it’s caught early on within the first week or two after installation. We will absolutely come back and fix it up for you at no charge within that time frame. Just in case something happens down the road, there is a limited lifetime warranty on the product. If the product fails and needs to be addressed during the first year we will cover the labor and material cost. The manufacturer will cover the limited lifetime warranty on the product if there is a delamination due to product failure.
If for some reason you need to redeem your warranty, you will fill out the warranty sheet inside the folder that was provided to you at the time of your in-person quote. You will fill out your name and address in the box labeled “Customer Information”. Once that is complete, please notify the office that you are sending in the warranty sheet and your reason for doing so. You can send it in via email or through the mail. Once we receive the sheet, we will fill out the remaining information and submit it to our warranty department. Once it has been processed, we will set up a date to come out and fix the issue.
